Manfare's Kurt Cobain

Rave will be bred this spring to Keen, owned by Stacy Winkler.  I looked long and hard for the right boy to compliment my girlie and I am thrilled that Stacy has agreed to let us use her boy.  Keen is out of Jenny Damm's Elvis and he's a very special boy.  Here's what Stacy has to say about him:

"Keen is a doll. He has a terrific temperament . He loves everyone and is super sweet. Very biddable and super easy to live with. He revs up quick and loves to work but is super solid and definitely has an offswitch. He is good to work like crazy or hang out in the living room. What I meant by solid is that I often have him hanging out when I teach in case I need to demo something and he can have powerful dogs literally running practically on top of him and not bat an eye. He is a beautiful jumper and very powerful with quite a long stride.
His dog skills are quite good. He is fine hanging out with other intact males and if he gives a correction it is always appropriate, never too much. He is a super easy intact male to own and show."

Keen is a bit over 20" tall and weighs 41lbs.  He has lovely structure and is very athletic and powerful.  He's shown good instinct on sheep, had great toy drive and like Rave, loves the water!  Keen is AKC and SKK registered.

Keen has had one litter of pups so far and all four of those pups are turning out to be incredibly smart and athletic.

Here's a link to Keen's pedigree.  It's in Swedish but you can have your browser translate it:

Keen is PennHip 70% and a carrier for CEA.  You can see his xrays (and some pictures!) here:

Here's a short video clip of Keen jumping:
And another one of him showing off his awesome distance skills:

And of course, some pictures of the handsome boy!!!
